We are working closely with a Cincinnati-based client to identify a Technical Business Analyst, Epicor. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Epicor ERP implementation and enhancements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions leveraging Epicor ERP modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
Configure and customize Epicor ERP to meet business requirements, including but not limited to data model modifications, workflow customization, and report development.
Design and implement integrations between Epicor ERP and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across the organization.
Develop and execute test plans to validate Epicor configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and minimizing system disruptions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Epicor ERP ecosystem, driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Epicor ERP and/or Epicor Manufacturing Process Software
In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP modules, configuration options, and customization capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for querying and analyzing data within Epicor databases.
Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
