Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the .NET framework and UI front-end development to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, define, and document business and technical requirements while bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new and existing software applications.
Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical feasibility.
Develop a deep understanding of .NET framework, front-end UI technologies, and related software applications to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, efficient processes, and timely delivery of projects.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system and process improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, data models, and system architecture diagrams.
Assist in the planning, estimation, and prioritization of project tasks and resources.
Participate in quality assurance activities, such as testing and validation, to ensure software applications meet functional requirements and adhere to best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users, as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the .NET framework and experience with C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
Knowledge of front-end UI technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
Knowledge of database design, SQL, and data analysis tools is a plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices is desirable.
