Are you passionate about driving business success through technology? We're seeking a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our Money Movement effort. In this role, you'll dive deep into our Enterprise Payments Network, collaborating with a dynamic team to shape the future of our technology-driven solutions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Expertise: Partner closely with senior product managers and business stakeholders to deeply understand our domain, leveraging your expertise in payments and banking.
Technical Expertise: Conduct independent data analysis, create data artifacts, and collaborate with engineers to define technical user stories. Experience with SQL, Postman, AWS, and testing frameworks is highly desirable.
Analysis & Documentation: Document current state, future state, and gap analysis, contributing to task-based work items in complex situations.
Requirements Gathering: Use fact-based approaches to gather requirements for system and technical needs, authoring user stories with low to medium complexity.
Testing & Project Management: Assist in coordinating and reviewing test plans, participating in execution when necessary. Apply project management principles to drive successful outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of industry experience.
Strong communication skills and organizational savvy to influence outcomes and manage conflicts.
Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
Problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset.
Previous domain expertise through internships or similar roles.
Certifications demonstrating mastery of role-specific competencies.
