What We Are Looking For
Advance is seeking a Technology Alignment Manager to work out of our Cockeysville headquarters to support our Managed IT clients. You will be an integral part of an award-winning Managed IT Services Team and will also interact with other internal teams, prospective and current clients and outside vendors. This position reports to the Director of Managed IT. Advance will provide the support and training you need to personally and professionally succeed in this role.
ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL
Gain and maintain an intimate knowledge of multiple client infrastructures.
Provide proactive support for all aspects of the client infrastructure.
Perform frequent, onsite audits to ensure client environments are secure, efficient and within compliance.
Build relationships with customer points of contact to proactively address concerns, areas of enhancement and communication.
Work with internal reactive and proactive resources to provide an optimal service delivery for all clients.

Basic business acumen as it relates to technology.
Technical Prerequisites
2-3 years’ experience in the network of a multiple site Windows 2012/2016 server environment of at least 50 – 100 users
Experience supporting Windows 7/10 desktops
Experience supporting Microsoft Server 2012/2016
Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016
Experience with Office 365 cloud services
conceptual knowledge of firewalls, routing and switching.
