In this role, you'll be our go-to problem-solver for all things tech. You'll set up new equipment for clients, troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, and provide friendly and efficient support to end-users.
Here's What a Typical Day Might Look Like
Become a whiz at setting up workstations, including computers, printers, and getting them all connected to the network.
Be a tech detective! Diagnose and fix common hardware and software problems.
Become a master communicator! Provide clear and helpful technical support to end-users via phone, email, and even in-person.
Help keep our systems running smoothly by assisting with maintenance and upgrades.
Document and track issues to ensure everything gets resolved quickly and efficiently.
We're looking for someone who's a great fit for our team:
Recently graduated with an associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field (or a strong desire to learn!).
Familiar with computer hardware and software - the more you know, the better!
A problem-solving whiz who can think on their feet and find solutions.
A great communicator who can explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way.
Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with others.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client installations and support (overnight stays included!).
