At our hospitality management company, we believe in the power of our people. We're expanding our Learning & Organizational Development team and seeking a passionate Team Member Experience Manager to help shape an exceptional workplace culture across our organization.
About The Role
As the Team Member Experience Manager, you'll drive initiatives that enhance every stage of our team members' journey. From recruitment to ongoing development, your role will be pivotal in fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of our Team Member Engagement surveys, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Facilitate coaching sessions to empower team members and support their growth.
Design and implement innovative feedback tools to gather insights that drive meaningful change.
Collaborate closely with department leaders to embed our Team Member Experience standards into all facets of our operations.
Support the implementation of change management strategies to promote organizational growth and adaptation.
Design and refine Team Member Journeys, focusing on seamless onboarding experiences and career development paths.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Organizational Development, etc.).
3+ years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Experience, or a similar role.
Proven expertise in employee engagement tools and survey methodologies.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful execution.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools.
