Our Executive Assistant team are looking for an experienced Senior EA to join the team.

The existing EA team is known as the ‘go to’ team for most things across the company and have a reputation for being highly organized multi taskers. Knowledge sharing and teamwork is instrumental to this team and creates a strong team ethos. This is a great opportunity for you to join Baringa and bring professionalism and your ideas to continue to provide exceptional assistance to the Partner team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Management, mentorship and coaching to a team of Executive Assistants
  • EA recruitment, interviewing candidates, providing feedback and assessment
  • Providing full calendar management and logistics for three Senior Partners
  • Liaising with clients, meet and greet and hospitality for all meetings.
  • Event management for business events including, client meals, team building, off-sites and away days.
  • Supporting the Partners with their strategic goals in managing their business units
  • Providing time and expense management for Partners
  • Executing ad-hoc tasks to support Partners when required, including minute taking and editing PowerPoint documents.
  • Printing and binding of documents for client meetings

Your Skills And Experience

  • Considerable experience in supporting multiple senior level stakeholders with full calendar and travel management
  • Experience in management, mentorship and coaching
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, positive & energetic approach
  • Highly organized, adaptable and team-oriented
  • Upholding a strict level of confidentiality & sensitivity
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Commitment to being an outstanding EA
