Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective instruction and assess curriculum to meet participant needs and program objectives.
Lead team teaching efforts and develop recruitment strategies for program participants.
Maintain accurate records and prepare statistical reports as required.
Manage instructional materials inventory and provide logistical support to participants.
Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and organizational activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Service Provision.
Proficiency in a second language may be required based on program requirements.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
Program sites are located throughout the Chicago area, requiring flexibility in reporting locations.
Physical Demands
Ability to communicate effectively and perform tasks that may include standing, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Vision abilities include close and peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
