Position Overview: Teacher Membership Manager

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for education and community-building? As the Teacher Membership Manager at our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing a vibrant community within our digital professional learning platform, the Hub. Your leadership will be key in ensuring the effective delivery of our Teacher Acceleration Program and live sessions, fostering engagement, and creating an enriching experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Manage and coordinate a team of Teacher Membership Trainers (TMTs) to deliver high-quality TAP and live sessions.

Provide necessary resources and support for effective session delivery.

Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for individual trainer improvement.

Strategic Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs by leveraging trainers' expertise.

Develop a comprehensive content roadmap tailored to the needs of our teaching community.

Community Engagement

Create engaging Hub programming content to provide ongoing guidance and inspiration for teacher membership.

Build trust and credibility by nurturing relationships with teachers on the platform.

Ensure Hub content aligns with and supports educational programs and organizations using our products and solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years serving in an educational teaching and learning role.

Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn new technology applications and travel occasionally.
