Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Tax Director to join our team. As a Tax Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the tax strategy of our clients and driving business growth. This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings for clients
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance
Advise clients on complex tax matters and potential opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with other departments to solve complex tax issues
Manage tax audits and disputes with tax authorities
Provide technical expertise and guidance on tax planning initiatives
Stay current on emerging tax trends and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA certification required; JD/LLM in Taxation preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax planning and compliance
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Experience managing and leading a team of tax professionals
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and drive results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
