Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Task Force Conference Services Manager/Event Manager with a background in high-end luxury hospitality. This role involves a two-week on-site period followed by potential home-based work. The ideal candidate will excel in organizing and executing exceptional events, ensuring that each detail reflects the sophistication and elegance associated with luxury experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of luxury and service. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to create memorable experiences. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including room setup, audio-visual requirements, catering, and guest services. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services and amenities. Maintain meticulous attention to detail, from initial client contact through to post-event follow-up. Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Must have Delphi - FDC Experience Must have experience in conference services and event management within the luxury hospitality sector. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building lasting client relationships. High level of professionalism, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
