Job Summary

OWT Global is seeking Target Analyst Reporters Level I-III for a variety of roles to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. These opportunities will give you the chance to showcase your talent and expertise while working on the cutting edge of national cybersecurity and SIGINT missions. OWT Global is looking to fill positions at NSAW (Washington D.C – Baltimore Area).

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with NSA missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance and Computer Network Operations.
  • Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel.
  • Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.
  • Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
  • Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
  • Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute NSA and the Intelligence Community's missions.
  • Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Basic Qualification

  • Level I Target Analyst Reporter
    • High school diploma or GED plus six years of relevant experience, an Associate's degree plus four years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience.
  • Level II Target Analyst Reporter
    • High school diploma or GED plus nine years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus seven years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus three years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and two years of relevant experience.
  • Level II Target Analyst Reporter
    • High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus ten years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus eight years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus six years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus four years of relevant experience.
  • Level I, II, III,
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph
  • Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to an NSA mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment where prioritization is required.
  • Comfortable with being self-directed, appropriately prioritizing tasks, and working with leadership when unclear.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with reporting and analytical information repositories and capable of independent research to enhance analysis and reports.
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills; effective communicator.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
