Talent Management Specialist

Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Management:
    • Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Succession Planning, High Potential, and Performance Management Programs.
    • Assist in the Employee Engagement Survey process, contributing to enterprise-wide action planning and execution.
    • Provide change management planning and communications support for talent management initiatives, including Talent Reviews and new Performance programs.
  • Workday Configuration:
    • Define Workday business processes for Talent Reviews (talent assessment and succession planning).
    • Update Performance Review configuration in Workday in collaboration with HRIS.
    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development for Performance and Talent Review processes, ensuring system functionality aligns with defined business processes.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in preparing compelling presentations to convey talent management information to HRBP’s and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in engagement survey action planning and execution administration.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems with a systems mindset.
  • Successful track record in change management, project, and program management.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in Workday business process and configuration, specifically in rolling out new processes and modules in the Talent tenant.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Requires 5 years of experience in HRIS, Talent Management, Org Development, or Human Resources with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Talent Management. OR
  • 3 years of experience in HRIS, Org Development, Talent Management, Human Resources with a Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Talent Management.
