SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Learning & Development, the Talent Development Manager will collaborate with management to identify company training needs and develop & facilitate new training programs.The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing the physician and corporate staff onboarding/orientation process, including holding cross-functional areas accountable for their components. The Talent Manager will also be responsible for directly managing the physician training team and coordinating all physician training needs, including locum training and cross-collaboration training.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly manage the physician training team.
  • Manage all aspects of physician onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage and implement corporate staff onboarding and recognition programs.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs associated with new staff onboarding/orientation, leadership development, and other L&D programs.
  • Track and analyze training results and feedback.Prepare reports on training to be presented to the Director of Learning & Development and executive leadership.
  • Assist with annual talent initiatives, including performance management, annual compliance training etc.
  • Track training budget for department.
  • Develop staff training materials as needed.
  • Assist HR team members as needed with HRIS reports, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with LMS and HRIS systems
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, talent development, or related field required
  • At least 3 years of human resources and/or learning & development experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or working directly with physicians preferred.
