About You

You will be a part of the People team that sources, screens, and interviews remarkable talent for Lugano. The candidate experience begins with you. This role plays an important part in telling the Lugano story and adjusting the message for every skill set. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to find incredible people who will support all aspects of our company's needs today and in the future. Success in this role includes full cycle recruitment, a high level of organization, schedule management, and communication skills, allowing you to connect with all levels of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the Hiring Managers to build a hiring plan and to create job descriptions and posts that attract high-quality talent
  • Source, schedule, and conduct initial screening interviews with candidates whose skills most closely match the position requirements, to analyze their skills in identifying the best-suited role within the business
  • Build effective skills and requirements measurements and effective questions for managers to use when interviewing
  • Establish a hiring plan with hiring managers, including interview team, schedule, and recurring check-ins
  • Proactively communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the candidate lifecycle
  • Take ownership of the offer process including but not limited to; drafting, extending offers, and managing negotiations
  • Ensure accurate and current data in the applicant tracking system
  • Success in meeting and exceeding KPI's relative to specific hiring metrics
  • Partner with the Hiring Managers to develop their team needs and create job descriptions
  • Schedules and conducts initial screening interviews with candidates whose skills most closely match the open requirements, yet open to analyze their skills in identifying the best-suited role within the business
  • Research optimal candidate sourcing outlets including but not limited to job fairs, schools, associations, networking events, specialty job boards, and agencies
  • Establishes the interview schedule with Hiring Managers and interview groups
  • Communicates with candidates promptly throughout the interview stage, and takes ownership of the offer process
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects in support of the People Team

  • You process a strong tech stack including Microsoft Office and ATS software.

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $100,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
