Recruit team members that enrich the mission of the credit union. Research and analyze recruiting needs within the credit union and develop recruiting, onboarding, and employment programs that reflect the strategic plan of Kalsee Credit Union. Foster a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Promote Kalsee Credit Union as an employer of choice within the financial industry.
Directs selection and recruitment of employees; interviews candidates and provides direction to managers and supervisors about the interview process.
Research, recommend and implement improved employee selection methods and systems that enable engagement of new employees.
Prepare and complete employment offers, ensuring compensation offered is within hiring range for the job grade.
Coordinate and process pre-employment screenings including background check, credit check, and drug screen.
Develop onboarding programs that facilitate a seamless integration for new hires into Kalsee Credit Union’s culture and operations.
Maintains job descriptions and job requisition process; reviews job descriptions before the grading process and assists Human Resource Manager with job grading procedures.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our sourcing and recruiting processes and practices.
Organize, facilitate, and attend designated Career Fairs and community events.
Create and implement internship program, building relationships with local schools and colleges/universities to drive recruitment.
Source and plan volunteer opportunities for Kalsee Credit Union team members.
Support with initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.
Review all activities for compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations. Regulations include but are not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering / Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations.
Participate in annual training as required by the BSA/OFAC Compliance Officer
Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:
2 years full cycle recruiting experience for both exempt and non-exempt positions preferred
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of educational and work experience required
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
Strong listening and communication (oral & written) skills
Excellent member service skills
High degree of attention to detail
