We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to bridging the gap between IT solutions and supplying the right talented personnel.
This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and reviewing resumes of potential candidates for various positions within the company
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
Assist in the coordination of interviews, including scheduling and providing necessary information to candidates
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job specifications for various roles
Support the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization
Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and ensure a seamless recruitment process
Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and progress
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Experience using an ATS system and process (JazzHR and LinkedIn experience a plus)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in candidate records and information
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Interest in IT and government contracting industries is a plus
