We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to bridging the gap between IT solutions and supplying the right talented personnel.

This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and reviewing resumes of potential candidates for various positions within the company
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews, including scheduling and providing necessary information to candidates
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job specifications for various roles
  • Support the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and progress
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience using an ATS system and process (JazzHR and LinkedIn experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in candidate records and information
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Interest in IT and government contracting industries is a plus
