Broad Street Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and help lead our recruitment and retention efforts. Broad Street is an innovative, premium healthcare service provider looking to disrupt the Healthcare Continuum of Care. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition while also developing and managing marketing strategies to grow a pool of thousands of potential resources. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the staffing needs of Broad Street Home Care.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for variable employment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Ongoing marketing and community development to increase awareness and engagement within the target talent pool.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external talent sources, including job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with nurse hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools and a bench of qualified professionals to meet immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  •  Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field that utilizes variable employment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a pipeline and bench of talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
