While this position offers the flexibility of being 100% remote, we ideally seek candidates based in Florida, with a preference for those in the Tampa Bay area. This location preference is due to the occasional need for travel to the Tampa area for participation in recruiting-related events and job fairs.

Your new role
Reporting to the TA Manager, you will support the internal growth in their business. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting within the corporate/financial services sector. You will be adept in sourcing and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and partnering with hiring managers to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
What you will need to succeed
2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience (ideally within banking, retail, and/or corporate functions)
Experience managing and working in applicant tracking system would be ideal or tech savvy.
Comfort working directly with leaders at all levels
Great communication and organizational skills, with a great attention to detail
Ability to work independently and navigate an ever-changing environment
