- Driven Talent Acquisition: You will identify and attract top talent. Your ability to find candidates who align with company’s values, culture, and long-term goals directly impacts the quality of hires. You will contribute to the organization’s success by ensuring that the right people are in the right roles. This strategic alignment positively impacts productivity, innovation, and overall performance.
- Employer Branding and Reputation: You will serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates. Your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to convey the company’s culture impact how candidates perceive the organization. You will play a crucial role in showcasing the company’s values, growth opportunities, and positive work environment.
- Talent Pipeline and Succession Planning: You will focus not only on immediate needs but also on building a talent pipeline for future roles.
- Recruitment Excellence: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with departments and foster cross-functional communication.
- Innovate: Develop creative strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
- Experience:1-2 years in corporate recruiting.
- Certifications: CIR, PRC, or PHR designations are a plus.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a hybrid work environment.
