What are we looking for?

We are seeking a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, and natural relationship management instincts to join our HR organization as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top technology talent, with focus on Sales/ GTM roles, which contribute to our company's growth and success. You will work closely with leadership team to understand the hiring needs and develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent.


How will you make an impact?

  • Focus on high volume hiring for a remote workforce for Sales and technology roles, with a strong experience on building a robust and diverse talent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-performing talent.
  • Conduct in-depth screening and phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process including resume review, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manager the pre-onboarding and onboarding process.
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify, attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership team on recruiting metrics and pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology candidates and industry experts to stay current with market trends and best practices.


What is needed to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably experience from a leading staffing agency.
  • GTM recruiting experience, specifically sales, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must have experience sourcing candidates through social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top-performing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Additional responsibilities include management of employee experience initiatives.
