SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner has tenure in position with the company or equivalent recruiting experience and is responsible for taking a consultative and customer service-based approach to sourcing, pre-screening, identifying, attracting, and interviewing for assigned positions in various roles and departments within Caliber Healthcare Solutions.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Secure top talent and manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the organizational hiring goals for assigned positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Caliber Senior Leadership to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process
  • Provide regular follow-up to the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through traditional and non-traditional recruiting efforts such as alternative, passive, campus, job fair, military and referral-based networks
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Develop and maintain contacts with education institutions and attend career fairs and career events
  • Network and develop relationships through industry contacts, applicable association memberships, and other professional networking organizations
  • Collaborate with the marketing and Senior Leadership team to attract and retain talent
  • Conduct reference checks when necessary
  • Conduct pre-employment screening
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in recruitment
  • Ability to recruit at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite product
  • Background in recruiting for sales positions and a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Must have excellent phone and communication skills
  • Must possess excellent time-management skills and critical-thinking ability
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and have a solid sense of overall team accomplishment
