What Are We Looking For? 🔎

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with experience in social sourcing and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn, VKontakte, XING, Haber, Reddit, Slack, Stack Overflow, Slack groups, Telegram communities, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Twitter, and Facebook communities. Must have several years of experience in recruitment, especially in a high-growth or scale-up environment, and a strong understanding of various roles across commercial, product, and technical domains.

 Co-own initial interviews with other talent acquisition specialists, handling 60% of your time interviewing across all departments, 20% screening and sourcing, 10% documentation and facilitation, 5% stakeholder management, and 5% people/TA projects.

Your Mission
  •  Serve as a pivotal member of the People Team, driving recruitment efforts with a strategic mindset.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process of your verticals, from getting requirements and setting up pipelines to screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
  • Specialized hiring : Focus on hiring for commercial roles (e.g., conversion rate optimizers, customer success managers, account managers, community managers, content managers, user support) and product roles (e.g., product managers, product designers, product analysts, UX researchers).
  • Innovative Sourcing: Implement strategic sourcing methodologies, including social sourcing on various platforms and communities.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity in reports and ATS systems. Support Head od People to mantainand delivery of weekly / monthly reports. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with head of people, collecting feedback from hiring managers and teams to refine recruitment tactics and improve our interview workflow.
  • Maintain an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives timely and quality interview invites, feedback on their messages, and updates on their application status for all open roles, regardless of role ownership.
  • Support the Head of People: Be the trusted individual who assists the Head of People in leading the team effectively.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by partnering with marketing to showcase BlueThrone’s culture and opportunities.
Your Expedition Toolkit
  • Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, especially in a scale-up environment or agency/consultancy, with a diverse understanding of different roles and ecosystems.
  • Product and Commercial Hiring: At least 2 years of experience in product and/or commercial roles.
  • Social Sourcing Skills: Strong understanding of social sourcing tactics and platforms, including LinkedIn, VKontakte, XING, Haber, Reddit, Stack Overflow, Slack groups, Telegram communities, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, Twitter, and Facebook communities.
  • ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Teamtailor.
  • B2C Mobile Domain: Experience in hiring for the B2C mobile domain.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of supporting the Head of People in creating internal systems and templates.
  • Communication Skills: High emotional intelligence with an authentic, transparent, and direct communication style.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Russian, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Experience hiring across European markets and Russian-speaking markets using dedicated tools and communities.
  • Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
  • Data-Driven: A data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics to guide hiring decisions.

The Interview Process 🪜
  1. First Meeting: Connect with Head of People (hiring manager)for a mutual introduction and to see if we're a good fit (30-45 minutes).
  2. Second Meeting: Meet our COO  or Head of Staff (30mins)
  3. Third Meeting: Meet our CEO (30-45 minutes)

On average, our process takes about 3-4 weeks. Speed is as important to us as it is to you. 💨
