The Talent Acquisition Manager at Trustmark plays a pivotal role as a strategic talent advisor responsible for the full life cycle recruiting of various Enterprise roles such as Sales, IT and Finance openings. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, this individual collaborates closely with Business Leaders and hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that drive organizational success.

  • Proactively fill openings in a timely manner.
  • Develop search, and sourcing strategies for open positions.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience.
  • Source for hard-to-fill roles and possess a deep understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Demonstrate a considerable understanding of recruitment and staffing practices and strategies.
  • Attract the most qualified candidates to the organization.
  • Provide proactive consultative support to hiring managers on recruitment solutions.
  • Follow up with candidates to present the position, the team, and the company’s programs.
  • Negotiate candidate salaries and total compensation packages.
  • Ensure company policies and government regulations are followed.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor programs and incorporate them into work.
  • Collaborate and partner with other parts of HR
  • Develop creative and unique improvements to recruiting processes.
  • May manage a team or assume the role of project leader for large recruitment initiatives such as diversity/inclusion and talent acquisition process improvements and HR projects.
  • Build relationships with agencies for hard-to-fill roles while overseeing the search and managing the agency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7-10 years' experience recruiting.
  • Must have sourcing experience and strategies for hard to fill roles
