As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-performing professionals in current/forecasted openings across the U.S. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also responsible for managing nationwide college recruitment efforts, ensuring hiring managers have been trained on best practices related to interviewing, hiring, and recruiting, and may also assist with recruitment in other areas of the organization as needed.

What YOU will be doing:
Conduct full life-cycle recruitment, including devising search strategies, sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
Compose, place, and oversee job postings across diverse job boards and manage internal job postings
Employ online recruiting platforms and social media channels for candidate sourcing.
Implement consultative recruitment strategies and foster a network of contacts to attract qualified candidates
Proactively engage potential candidates for specific job openings
Evaluate applications and conduct interviews with eligible applicants, educating them about PrimePay and their respective positions
Ensure compliance with recruitment file standards
Coordinate participation in college/career fairs and manage nationwide college recruitment initiatives
Develop and deliver training sessions for hiring managers, focusing on interviewing, hiring, and recruiting practices
Success will come if you have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-5 years of proven corporate recruiting experience and/or sales recruiting experience preferred
Strong sourcing and networking skills required, including social media networking
Experience with cold calling and proactive sourcing methodologies
Understanding and demonstrated expertise of recruiting principles and best practices
Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods
Ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and in the external marketplace
Demonstrated experience in behavioral-based interviewing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
Experience in a private firm, start-up, or staffing agency helpful PrimePay
