Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at our location in Itasca, IL. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and conducting interviews.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition experience of 2 years, including full-life cycle recruiting and interviewing
Strong understanding of employer branding and the ability to attract top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of HR Laws
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Duties
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
Assess the needs of current employees
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys
Visit career and job fairs at schools or universities
