Reporting to: Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition

InteLogix is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the BPO industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to our industry and specific regional/client needs.
  • Partner with WFM to assist in the forecast of hiring needs based on business growth plans and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the BPO industry.
  • Oversee the screening, interviewing, and selection process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Implement standardized assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Train hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR business partners.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional associations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
