We are a direct-hire employment agency that hosts monthly job fair events in Metro Detroit.
We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager for local companies based in Metro Detroit with 150 to 550 employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the workforce needs of client companies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruitment methods
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to attract top talent
Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics and trends
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience with talent acquisition metrics and systems
Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hourly Pay Range:
$50 - $65 per hour
