In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This position is a remote position with travel up to 5% annually. Our headquarters is in Aurora, Colorado.
What you will be doing:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and determine select criteria
Utilize and manage various sourcing methods
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing and negotiating job offers
Design and execute a thorough orientation and onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated into the company effectively
Facilitate initial training for new hires
Monitor and gather feedback to continually improve the process
Track and report key metrics related to recruitment and hiring activities
Analyze and use data to make recommendations and decisions regarding recruitment strategies
Conduct workforce planning to identify current and future talent needs
Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and anticipate future hiring requirements
Develop talent pipelines for critical roles and ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition
Ensure job descriptions are consistent, accurate and up to date
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Strong understanding of of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional written communication skills that are clear, concise and convey messaging effectively
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software
Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
Education and Experience
Certification in HR or Recruitment, SHRM-CP, PHR or equivalent preferred
5 years experience in HR at least 3 in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Physical Requirements
Remote position, but must be able to travel 5% of the time
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 pounds, occasional bending and reaching
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Salary Range: $95-105K based on degree of experience
