What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own, implement, and update all TA related activities
• Partner with VP of Talent to build and prioritize overall TA strategy within the employer
• Actively source, interview, and manage the TA process for open roles within the employer
• Analyze workforce planning and recruiting best practices for all divisions of the company
• Build long term strategic partnerships with external vendors to build upon existing TA capabilities
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR function
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience managing ATS software
