Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead partners with the VP of Talent and the HRBP’s to create and ensure the correct execution of FIFCO USA Talent Acquisition strategy, including implementation and follow-through of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes. The TA Lead will work cross-functionally with Talent Operations, HRBPs, and other departments to manage and plan for open headcount.

The Talent Acquisition Lead partners with the VP of Talent and the HRBP’s to create and ensure the correct execution of FIFCO USA Talent Acquisition strategy, including implementation and follow-through of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Own, implement, and update all TA related activities
- Partner with VP of Talent to build and prioritize overall TA strategy within FIFCO USA
- Actively source, interview, and manage the TA process for open roles within FIFCO USA
- Analyze workforce planning and recruiting best practices for all divisions of the company
- Build long term strategic partnerships with external vendors to build upon existing TA capabilities
- Partner with local colleges, trade schools, and 3 rd party services to create contingency plans for recruitment needs as they arise
- Support and maintain job description library of new and existing positions
- Build and create TA and individual performance metrics and KPIs within annual goals
- Own and oversee employee referral program and bonus payouts
- Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Partner with respective HRBP and senior leadership to plan for anticipated open headcount
- Work cross-functionally to manage Employer Branding initiatives
- Manage the confidential search process as needed
- Manage annual TA budget including relocation and recruitment resources
- Partner with Talent Operations to ensure the quality of the company onboarding process for new employees
- Track hiring metrics to maintain compliance of agreed upon recruitment process with hiring managers
- Own organization ATS functions and capabilities
- Research, network, and partner with community programs focused on hiring
- Partner with legal to ensure compliance with EEOC as well as state, local, and federal legislation
- Miscellaneous projects and initiatives as directed by VP of Talent
- Travel up to four times per year for team meetings and priority alignment with key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR function
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience managing ATS software
- Previous experience in building employer brands preferred
- SHRM or PHR certification, preferred
