Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting sales and business development consultants within a staffing firm or similar industries. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet our internal staffing needs. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent (mainly business development and recruitment consultants)
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review recruitment progress and needs.


Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide employee care after the placement (regular check ins).


Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, weekly KPI's, probation pass rates, churn, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Present regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or business development within a staffing firm, or similar sales organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Proven track record of achieving set targets (weekly/monthly KPIs)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting sales, business development and/or recruitment consultants.
  • Experience networking with colleges and connecting with recent graduates.
