Who You Are:

This Systems Integration Delivery Manager will be orchestrating the delivery of multiple teams’ features/integrations/products/workstreams. The purpose of this role is to ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the process on timelines and delivery objectives and to orchestrate the necessary pieces required for product launch.

At the Consultant-level, you will be expected to independently contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions toward solving business challenges, construct key components of deliverables/presentations, and contribute to the development of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Marketing Collateral. You will serve as a team leader for individual work streams and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s expertise, product set, and capabilities. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify key partners, define integration scope, and establish engagement models to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate the establishment of program goals, objectives, and success criteria through deep technical knowledge and effective communication.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex system integration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to project teams, leveraging proficiency in system integration principles, tools, and technologies to resolve challenges and optimize project outcomes.
  • Manage highly complex end-to-end technology projects encompassing application development, integration, data migration, system testing, and post-production delivery support.
  • Engage with client staff at various levels daily to understand operational issues and identify opportunities for operational and technological enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate technical requirements and impacts to senior leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality of program deliverables by collaborating closely with core teams and field resources to develop deployment strategies and tools.
  • Collaborate with other Program and Project Managers to align on project timelines and ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery.
  • Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively overcoming obstacles to meet integration deliverables. Drive innovation and develop differentiated offerings aligned with market demand and technology advancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field
  • Prior consulting experience –in an agile environment – with a leading strategy firm, consulting practice, or consulting technology firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead project working groups and possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel
  • End-to-End Understanding and Ownership of Program scope, deliverables, schedule, risks, and collaborators/key contributors.
  • Ability to establish the project objective, establish KPIs to demonstrate progress to objectives, understand the technical specifications of the work, and the ability to communicate in non-technical terms.
  • Ability to Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting professional growth and development.
  • Natural curiosity about staying up to date with current technologies, trends, and groundbreaking platforms.
  • Comfortable in being uncomfortable; programs move quickly, decisions change, plans adapt to change, uncertainty is all around. A successful candidate harnesses the chaos and thrives in this environment.
  • We are looking for someone who has an ownership mentality and will take accountability for the success and quality of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Telecommunications, Media, or Cable is highly preferred
  • Past success in generating new business with existing clients
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience in implementing and overseeing Order Management specific projects
  • Experience with managing executive level clients

Compensation and Benefits:

For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate’s level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities.
