Lead and mentor a team of system engineers and operations staff
Oversee day-to-day operations, including task assignment, managing backlog of efforts and prioritizing implementation, performance management, and professional development
Infrastructure Management:
Design, implement, and maintain Exchange, Active Directory, Web Services, and SharePoint environments
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of these critical systems
Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution
Operational Support:
Provide operational support for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
Manage desktop patching schedule and imaging processes to ensure efficient deployment and maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VDI, desktop environments, and system integrations
Project Management:
Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution and deployment
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope and budget
Documentation and Compliance:
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, operational procedures, and policies
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 20 years of experience OR HS/GED and 25 years of Experience
DOD 8570 Certification is Required (If not held, must obtain within 6 months of start date)
