Job Title: Systems Architect

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect complex IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Define system architecture and technical solutions based on business requirements.
  • Create detailed design documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to meet project needs.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct system performance analysis and optimization.
  • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT, with systems architect role.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and database technologies.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
