As a Salesforce Systems Analyst you will be joining the team administering and developing our Salesforce applications. You’ll be working with our business partners and our developers to design new features and enhancements, and support our existing solutions. You’ll be performing day to day data loads, and troubleshooting and resolving operational data and administrative issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with end users on requirements and features
Collaborate with scrum team on solution design
Create and manage project backlog
Run scrum ceremonies
Execute routine and ad hoc data loads as needed by end users
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues reported by end users and scrum team
Create and maintain end-user documentation related to routine data loads
Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation to facilitate use of new functionalities and solutions as needed
Assist with sandbox test data management
Required Experience / Qualifications:
3+ years as a SQL developer or systems analyst
Experience working with integrated systems
Experience working with business users to gather requirements
Analyzing problems to enable effectively triaging problems and providing resolutions
Prioritizing workload and assist where needed without direction
High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and development processes
Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of databases (MongoDB, SQL, Entity Relationships etc.)
