Job Description

organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such

Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible
within existing system.
Additional job details and special considerations
The system analyst will provide support for critical TIERS systems, 24x7 on-call rotation is required. Some weekend work is required. Support may
require on-premises work at times.

8 Required High level knowledge and experience of network facilities and data processing techniques, of computer hardware and software, of
network operating system and security software, and of performance monitoring and capacity management tools
8 Required Extensive knowledge and experience using LDAP/Windows Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Hypervisor Experience with
Hyper-V and VMware.
8 Required Knowledge and experience of administering Windows Systems (Group Policy, Kerberos, NTLM, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, PXE),
Linux, Network Administration, IT Governance, and Security/Privacy policies and tools. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory,

8 Required Additional / Preferred experience supporting the following: Ansible, SFTP/FTPS, Kubernetes and open-source software. Ability to

8 Required Experience supporting Windows and Linux systems with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, etc).
