Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, SDP, etc.).
Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field.
Responsibilities
Support the configuration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including by not limited to: Workday, ADP, Concur.
Perform administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations.
Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions and business process workflows.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop custom reports that meet their needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Support feature release updates and enhancements, and communicate clearly to affected team members about changes that may impact them or their roles.
Model best practice components of customer service.
