About The Role
As a Remote Systems Administrator Advisor, you'll play a vital role in the development and technical support of cutting-edge Supply Chain applications. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical systems, providing technical expertise, and contributing to the evolution of Warehouse Management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Dive deep into system analysis, problem resolution, design, and testing, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and evaluate operating systems, conduct performance analysis, and drive upgrades.
Install, configure, and maintain application software, both SaaS and On Prem, and provide ongoing support.
Drive systems maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring smooth operations across the board.
Design interfaces between applications, develop code, and transform data to meet evolving business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and actively contribute to enhancing our systems and processes.
Engage with stakeholders, document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct quality reviews to ensure adherence to user requirements and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to maintain optimal functionality.
Update technical documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in a Linux or Windows Environment, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Proven experience in Application System Administration and Patch Management.
Familiarity with Oracle and SQL database management is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# .NET, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with Warehouse Management applications and Supply Chain business processes is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel and participate in meetings and maintenance activities scheduled outside of regular business hours.
