As a System Support Manager with a focus on cybersecurity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity, availability, and security of our assessment tools and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
As a System Support Manager with a focus on cybersecurity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity, availability, and security of our assessment tools and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Operational Integrity of Tools and Systems: Overseeing the maintenance and operational integrity of all assessment tools and systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and are updated according to the latest security standards.
- Ensuring System Availability and Performance: Managing system performance to support uninterrupted assessment activities, including overseeing upgrades and patches to improve security and functionality.
- Cybersecurity Implementation: Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity tools and technologies to enhance the security posture of our systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Incident Response Management: Developing and implementing incident response procedures to address cybersecurity incidents promptly and effectively, minimizing potential impact on operations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between system support and cybersecurity objectives. Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on system status and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in system engineering or IT operations, with 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity.
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture, networking, applications, and performance management.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols, is required.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively and drive cybersecurity initiatives forward.
