  • Work escalated IT Tickets/Dispatches
  • Help technicians w/ remote technical issues
  • Coordinate large scale IT projects (ex: Office365 migrations, Point to MultiPoint Configuration, Firewall Configurations, POS Installs)
  • At some point they would also manage the help desk which consists of 2 employees
  • Work to troubleshoot/resolve high level IT issues independently
  • Office365 administration(Sharepoint/Exchange/Teams/Etc..), Setting up SharePoint Sites
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Firewall Configuration(Mikrtoik/Sonicwall/FortiGate/Ubiquiti)
  • Network troubleshooting(A deep understanding of LAN/WAN topologies, IP’s, subnets, etc..)
  • Windows Desktop Administration
  • Able to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers.
