Job description:

• Experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows desktops, software, applications, WAN/LAN networks and printers.
• Experience in deliver excellent customer service to the business, exhibiting leadership competencies and leading through positive influence.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, and implementing new system hardware and software, including the retirement of existing systems and components.
• Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve HP, and UFT application and user issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve subscriptions for Windows and Linux server licenses and renewals.

Education details:

Any bachelor’s degree/Associates Degree/Relevant experience.
