The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and conducting comprehensive training programs for our sales team and other departments. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Insurance, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales training role or similar position.
A minimum of 3 years of Insurance experience.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer service principles.
Proficiency in using training tools and e-learning software.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions.
High energy, enthusiastic, and passionate about training and development.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
