System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Okta identity and access management: user provisioning, authentication policies, and group management.
• Oversee SharePoint, Box, and other cloud storage platforms: configure access controls and data governance.
• Maintain and optimize Azure cloud services: virtual machines, networking, and storage.
• Administer Office 365 applications: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams.
• Implement and manage single sign-on (SSO) via Okta.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose infrastructure improvements.
• Provide guidance and training to technology support staff.
• Prepare and monitor disaster recovery procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in systems/cloud administration or similar role.
• Proficient in SharePoint and Box cloud administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory).
