This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a Service Now expert to pick up extra work doing what they know best. We are looking for someone who knows Service Now inside and out who can help clear up a storage issue and assist on projects moving forward. Each week may bring different needs, you can set your own hours within reason, and you get to work remote!
Needed:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ITIL Certification (Plus)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM)
Strong automation skills in Workflow and Flow Designer
Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM knowledge - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog management processes, ITBM Agile project management and Performance Analytics/ Dashboards
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) related to common service level agreement (SLA) measurements
Highly skilled with Domain Separation for cloud data segregation and familiar with challenges and pitfalls
PowerShell, shell scripting and Azure PowerShell is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
Nice to have:
Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure and Public Cloud IaaS topology including typical application, server and networking configurations
Proficient in Active Directory logical, hierarchical organization of directory services for ServiceNow integration
Authentication protocols know-how including SSO, LDAP, OAuth, SAML over TLS
