Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled System Administrator to provide exceptional support to our end users. As a critical member of our team, you'll handle escalated service requests, develop solutions for network, desktop, and server problems, and proactively recommend improvements. Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch support for escalated service tickets
• Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues
• Analyze existing systems and user needs to recommend and implement improvements
• Configure and support internal and external customer networks
• Develop, maintain, and implement system configurations, applications, security, and network solutions
• Troubleshoot network performance and coordinate with the NOC team
• Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and create support documentation to enhance future troubleshooting
• Participate in special projects, including new customer onboarding, cloud migrations, and other initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent experience in computer, server, and network troubleshooting
• Strong technical expertise in network and cloud technologies (troubleshooting and installation)
• Desired certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSA, CCNA, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and other server applications
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
