Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) System Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, this resource will be responsible for the design, development, customization, implementation and administration of solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform. This resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement and Administer IdentityNow (ISC) solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and extend SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) functionality using PowerShell, Java, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, connectors, and integrations with various systems and applications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.
• Stay updated with SailPoint IdentityNow product updates, patches, and new features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, BeanShell, etc.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Java/J2EE development, including customization of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) workflows and connectors.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices (Governance and Administration, Access Management and Privilege Access Management).
• Proven track record of delivering successful SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) implementations from inception to completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) preferred.
