eNGINE is hiring a System Engineer to support a client of ours in the MSP space. This person will be responsible for dg, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining on-site and cloud infrastructure, network, server equipment, and software.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Extensive experience with: Firewall and network stack deployment and configuration (wired and wireless), Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration, Windows Server and Microsoft 365 deployment, configuration, and administration, and Server and workload migrations.
• Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, Google Suite administration, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Teams is highly desired.
• Client-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel around the Greater Pittsburgh area if need be

Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform projects related to servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain on-site and cloud infrastructure, network, server equipment, and software.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, plan for growth, and implement best practices.
• Assist the Customer Success Team in formulating growth plans and recommending best practices for clients.
