The Switchboard Supervisor manages the staff and student workers assigned to the switchboard by providing and maintaining scheduling, developing training and documentation, and coaching agents on performance. The Switchboard Supervisor also answers calls to the switchboard and transfers calls as appropriate as well as providing in person customer service to campus visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of two years of experience supervising a small team of employees
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two-year college degree
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Previous Phone based customer service experience preferred
  
  
  

Work hours:

This position requires 40 hours/week, performance of duties via home internet access during inclement weather, and may call for weekend or evening shifts. The exact schedule will be determined based on current staffing needs.
