This is a Freelance/ 1099 / contract position with Safe Swim Academy.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Teach swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety to students of varying abilities.
Help more experienced swimmers enhance their abilities.
Assess student progress and adjust teaching programs as needed.
Plan swimming lessons that consider students’ abilities and progressive development.
Identify and correct improper swimming techniques.
Qualifications:
Experience teaching swimming lessons.
Reliable transportation.
Passion for teaching and working with children.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Able to communicate effectively with age-appropriate language with clients and professionally with parents.
Able to pass a background check.
